Biography
Jay sincere compassion for people is evident from the moment you meet him. For 27 years, Jay has successfully represented injured people in the Tri-Cities and he has won many successful verdicts and settlements. His efforts on behalf of those clients were acknowledged in 2000, when the Washington State Trial Lawyers Association recognized him as Trial Attorney of the Year. In the 18 years that the Award has been given, Jay is the only attorney from Southeastern Washington to receive it.
