Peyman Younesi

All talk and no action. I went to jury trial and sat next to Peyman while he" Scribbled "on a note pad. I listened more diligently than he. It seemed that I really was not that much of a client for him ( Although , I did pay him in full for his representation beforehand. ) Last minute kind of perso...n. He did not repute any false information from the police reports and/or a written statement from an eye witness as well. I strongly feel that this attorney does not do his homework. I do not recommend him. And then I was in the hands of a hung jury. By this time, my fine representative did not inform me that a Judicial Law came into effect that if you do refuse a Breathalyzer test, you automatically lose your license for 1 Year. I could have requested a re-trial and pay $400.00 to Peyman. Guess what ?...right, sick and tired of financial and emotional stress from a very incompetent "Attorney At Law "

Younesi is my domestic partner's court appointed attorney from his side swipe accident in April 2nd, 2012. Peyman is a man who seems to have alot on his plate and appears from a defense perspective that he doesnt really "relate" to the client. He waits until less than 24 hours before the court date ...to even phone in with small advice or makes a plea deal without consent. Peyman may be a great lawyer in other fields but when it comes to defense expect his work to be a little sloppy and unprepared. We are on our 4th and last continuance and my partner hopes hes not thrown in jail because peyman might not be prepared enough to defend against this. Again hes a great lawyer in other areas im sure but on behalf of the defendant for this case here, Peyman is unorganized and just has too many trials and other committments in the way. Take him on if you would like a great lawyer but expect a wait for results.
