Peyman Younesi

I have seen this man in action. Not impressed. Went to my son's first hearing wich started at 9. My son did not see the judge until 11. In between this time I watched Mr. Younesi represent many people. Probably about 6 to 10 people. Each case seemed to be unprepaired. Mumbling and shuffling papers, d...id not seem to know what was going with any of his clients. I even seen some frustration coming from the judge. I thought to myself please dont let the court appoint him to my son but sure enough Mr. Younesi was! Without taking 2 mins. to at least talk to my son, he was setting the next court date 4 weeks out and didnt ask for any conditons of release or lower bail. So I decided to call him myself and see whats he's really about. A lengthy voicemail stating he will not talk to you until the day before your next court hearing to be fair to all inmates. My heart sank, my son is 18, charged with Assault 2. A strike! No way can I let this man represent my son. Especially with charges like these. Please take my word for it and higher another lawyer, if possiable or at least see if the courts can appoint someone else. This man is a joke and not professional.

I was referred by two other people I work with who work with Mr. Younesi. His consultation was honest and laid everything out perfectly. Peyman was in trial with me and fought hard - asking the right questions. He is very competent and does not make any misrepresentations - the jury was out less th...an one hour and they found me not guilty. The greatest part of it all, Mr. Younesi is in personal contact with his clients - no waiting for appointments (text or call anytime). Thank you again for all your help Mr. Younesi..

All talk and no action. I went to jury trial and sat next to Peyman while he" Scribbled "on a note pad. I listened more diligently than he. It seemed that I really was not that much of a client for him ( Although , I did pay him in full for his representation beforehand. ) Last minute kind of perso...n. He did not repute any false information from the police reports and/or a written statement from an eye witness as well. I strongly feel that this attorney does not do his homework. I do not recommend him. And then I was in the hands of a hung jury. By this time, my fine representative did not inform me that a Judicial Law came into effect that if you do refuse a Breathalyzer test, you automatically lose your license for 1 Year. I could have requested a re-trial and pay $400.00 to Peyman. Guess what ?...right, sick and tired of financial and emotional stress from a very incompetent "Attorney At Law "
