Erica Davis ruined my life. She was my divorce attorney as well as custody. She never came to court. I have text messages from her stating we weren't on the docket and not to come to court when in fact it was a mistake. I lost every asset and custody of my children due to her incompetence. She volunt...eered her services through Benton Franklin Legal Aide who did nothing to resolve this matter.

Worst lawyer ever for a case that has ruined my life. Upcoming court date has me scared after 2 years I'm having a revisit and was never consulted properly...hired her after she talked herself up and she never showed ho but maybe 2 times out of 8 different set backs because she didn't ever come to co...urt so I couldn't proceed with my case. She took 3500 bucks from me. Come to find out she had her license stripped

Didn't accompany me to my first two court appearances. Returned only one of my calls out of the many times I tried reaching her and left her messages. Wasn't able to inform me of all the possible implications of the deal I was offered and failed to direct me towards possible resources so that I could... inform myself. Furthermore, she failed to write a letter on my behalf in a final attempt to acheive a better outcome for my case, which she had promised to do.
