About Eric
Biography
Eric loves the law and is a dedicated advocate for his clients. In 2015, he received a state-wide award in criminal defense for "triumphing over relentless, and at times unfair, pressure from government actors."
Prior to his law practice, Eric was an attorney (called a "law clerk") at the Idaho Supreme Court. While at the Idaho Supreme Court, Eric worked closely with the justices and developed invaluable insights into how to succeed on appeal. Since he left the Idaho Supreme Court, he has submitted numerous written briefs to appeals courts and argued before the Idaho Supreme Court and Washington Court of Appeals.
Eric was raised in the Tri-Cities, and after several years of practicing law outside of Washington, he decided it was time to return to his hometown community.

Great attorney
I hired Eric to help me with some issues I had with the government. He put me at ease right away and let me know I could get through my legal problems. I felt better right away after I talked to him. By the end of my case, he had gotten me a great result!

So helpful and kind
Eric is so nice and kind, and he's very smart too. I tried to represent myself and got nowhere with the prosecutor. After I hired Eric, he got my case reduced to an infraction!! And it took hardly any time at all! I recommend him to all my friends... he's an awesome lawyer!
