Biography
Allen Brecke, AV Preeminent® Rated (Bar & Judiciary) through Martindale-Hubbell® Peer Review Ratings™, 2013 Tri-Citian of the Year, has collected over $96m for injured accident victims since 1986.
He is a native of Tri-Cities area, educated in the Kennewick School system, Whitman College in Walla Walla, the University of Washington (BA, Sociology, 1974) and Gonzaga University School of Law (J.D., 1977). For almost nine years in law school and as a young lawyer, Allen worked in insurance defense trial firms in the Tri-Cities and Spokane. He credits 13 different mentors for giving him the skill and experience to handle complex civil litigation aimed at defeating personal injury claims.
In 1983, he formed his own firm to represent people, not insurance companies and corporations, which became Allen Brecke Law Offices (ABLO) in 1986. His "insider" information has given him the ammunition and confidence to try dozens of jury trials, hundreds of arbitrations and mediations, and prosecute several appeals. Allen manages a well-seasoned staff of 25-, 25-, and 10-year veterans who give free initial consultations to accident and injury victims. Insurance company settlement offers are also evaluated at no charge.
