She seems to be a nice person but she is a terrible attorney!!! She is never prepared. always seems confused. Can't remember the case or argue on your behalf! You will bleed to death slowly! Made mistakes and had to go back to court to get her mistakes corrected and charged me for that time too!!! Yo...u would be better off representing yourself.

She aided my ex husband in obtaining temporary custody even after she knew our daughter now age 3 is being molested by him and she lies all the time even in her paperwork and doesn't have a grasp on reality or the children especially them! I wonder how this she sleeps at night!! Money overall and she... is always preparing documents at the last minute. Doesn't have her facts straight!! Do yourself a favor and find a better attorney who cares about the best interest of the child!!

Heidi was hired to represent me in a divorce case. She was definitely outclassed by my spouse's attorney. She provided almost zero input on my behalf at mediation, and what she did provide, I rejected. After mediation, she refused to follow through and push for the return of my belongings stating... " I don't wish to be involved in such trivial matters!". These included mostly family heirlooms. I'd say, hire someone more competent. She's flashy, but no substance.

Ms. Ellerd is well-meaning, but after I and my family prepared extensive declarations, data, and evidence, Ms. Ellerd shockingly dropped the ball. We had previously prevailed on the same topic that arose in our initial hearing. Ms. Ellerd was sheepish, meek and incapable of even pointing out re...medial facts in arguments. Prior to the proceedeings, she seemed to demonstrate confidence, but in hindsight was far to unprepaired and had no idea what she was getting into. She had filed our documents late, despite substantial effort and expense to get them completed prior to even the initial filing. She could not attest to and was unfamiliar with the content of the documents that we had filed. She was unable to refer to previous decision on record, factual data points and, when the opposition posed rediculous points, she did not even attempt to redirect the discussion. Heidi, I'm sure, means well, but is not diligent, professional or anywhere approaching competent. Please consider another representative if possible. Also, after a crushing decision with major ramifications for my family, she made no attempt to debrief afterwards, strategize or even meaningfully comment. She then left town later that day and became incommunicato. for shame.
