Prior to law school, I worked for the Washington State Patrol as a Criminal Intelligence Specialist. During law school, I worked at the U.S. Attorney's Office as a law clerk drafting both civil and criminal motions as well as Ninth Circuit appeals. I also prosecuted the federal petty offense (aka misdemeanor) docket before the U.S. Magistrate. I was also a Special Deputy Prosecutor for the Spokane County Prosecutor's Office until joining Kirkpatrick & Startzel, P.S. to pursue a general practice. Choosing a lawyer can be a daunting task.
