Katie is an excellent lawyer, Her knowledge of traffic court is impressive she was able to help me reverse a ticket I paid for! Katie is a great listener she quickly responds to emails and retuning phone calls to answer questions. Very professional! I will be asking Katie for help in the future.

Katie did a wonderful job helping us with our accident claim. She always answered questions and stayed on top of things. Every time I called I would get an answer that day, or if she had no answer for me, she would get back to me the next day or two. She was always professional and kind. All the other staff in that office did a wonderful job as well. Our case was closed and we are satisfied with the outcome. If you are looking for an honest and reliable lawyer, call Katie.

Car accident
I was in a car accident and didn’t know what to do or where to turn for help, that’s when I found Katie and Elliott Law Group, Pllc. Katie and her team helped us handle the insurance company, get the car fixed and made sure the medical bills were paid. I am a recent immigrant to the U.S. and wasn’t expecting much of anything out of being in a car accident but Katie and her team did a great job, got everything fixed, all my bills paid, and I got a good amount of money for myself. Excellent service
I came to Elliott Law Group after I received a DUI. I was assigned a public defender but I'm not an English speaker, so it was a struggle to have to try to communicate with my public defender. With Elliott Law Group I was able to call into the office any time and speak to someone in Russian and always had someone available to help me communicate with my attorney, Katie. Katie was excellent at helping me navigate the complicated process of DUI arrest. Katie helped me with setting up the required evaluation and classes with an interpreter, and through the court process, making sure I got the best deal possible that worked for my long term goals of wanting to become a truck driver. Katie and her staff made sure I understood everything I needed to do and what was going. It was great work with an office that could provide me help in the language that I needed. I would highly recommend Katie to anyone who needs an attorney!

Busted in Spokane
Was caught speeding on a test drive from a used car lot with no attendee on the drive. Ticket was very messy, had chosen to pay 2 tickets I had recently gotten in 2017. Which made pleading to the cop unwilling to forgo a ticket even in the odd circumstances. Anyways Katie knocked it out the park got the ticket switched to a tabs violation from speeding 84 in a 60. Given the circumstances, I'm impressed also price point for representation was fair. Great job Katie!

Goes the extra mile!
I was in a car accident last October and immediately called Elliott Law Group. Katie handled my case and I couldn't be happier with the results! I made the mistake of not calling the police to the accident and later I realized that we might have a liability issue and I could also be held responsible for the accident, even though it was not my fault. I worried about being able to cover the costs of my vehicle repair and doctor bills after the accident because I didn't have the proper insurance coverage. Katie not only got the other insurance to quickly repair my vehicle and pay my medical bills, she obtained a settlement that also gave me extra money that I was not expecting. Thank you Katie! I recommend Katie Merrill to anybody having to deal with insurance companies.

Capable and Brilliant!
In the year of 2016, me and my sister got into a car accident. Because of the incident, both of us sustained neck and back injuries. We weren't really sure on what to do until a friend of ours recommended us hire Elliott Law Group. That's where we met Katie Merrill. Throughout this entire process, Katie has been a huge help. Miracle Worker!
While traveling to Seattle in November, I was pulled over and received an excessive fine along with a criminal charge. After some history of criminal and traffic citations, at first I didn't think it was worth fighting the charges and I had accepted I would just have to pay the hefty fine, right before the holidays. It wasn't worth it to have to drive all the way back to court in Seattle, to not have a favorable result. With my driving history, I was sure that would be the case. I contacted Katie on the chance that maybe something could be done with my ticket. Right away she reassured me and gave me some hope. In a surprisingly short amount of time, Katie was able to significantly reduce my charges and my fine, without me ever having to set foot in the court room. That to me, was a miracle!
