Herbert Joseph Landis

I have found Mr. Landis to be extremely responsive and passionate about my case. My case was complicated and I had a very hard time finding someone who would take it because it involved jurisdiction and custody in two states- Florida and Washington. Mr. Landis took the case and found an excellent Flo...rida attorney to be his co-counsel. Any phone call or e-mail I have made to him has been returned immediately. The case was dragged out due to the unforeseen twists and turns of a parenting plan that was ruled invalid by the Florida judge. In the end I won jurisdiction and the other parent wasruled as engaging in unjustifiable conduct. During an initial custody/jurisdiction hearing I came to realize just how competent my attorneys were after hearing the poor performance of my ex-husband's counsel. I would recommend Mr. Landis to anyone who needs a true advocate that is passionate about a cause. He is not resistant to a challenge and will always go the extra mile with an extremely good "bedside manner". This is something I have found lacking in other attorneys.
