I appreciated Gary Penar Law Offices for their help and assistance in achieving my disability. Everyone was always helpful, patient and kind. I appreciated Eric Penar with his patience, knowledge and experience during the hearing. It made a difference in how I felt during the process. I wish ...I had gone with their services from the beginning of the journey instead of being denied twice before calling their office. Some headaches are not worth having.

Absolutely shocked Gary walks in to the room and he was there 20 seconds. He said. A few things to fast to even keep mental notes. Basically he said he couldnt help me. I was called by a lawyer from ID. He took me to court and one my case. I GUESS GARY DIDNT WANT MY BUSINESS BECAUSE I PAYED A LAWYE...R $5000.00 FOR REPRESENTING ME.

I had already been through two denials on my disability claim, I contacted Mr. Penar and found that I was trying to do a Lawyers job. Their firm took over my claim compiled my case the way it needed to be dealt with. Then Mr. Penar got us our day in Court and completed my claim with everything in the... order needed to present to Social Security. Their firm got the medical evidence and records from a list of my Doctors I provided to them. They reviewed my records put what was important together ( not what I thought was important ) and presented my case. I received a fully Favorable decision that included back pay from when I became 100% disabled. Mr. Penar found that I had an earlier onset date then what we thought and presented it to the Administrative Law Judge and got an additional six months of back pay on my award. I would recommend this Law firm to anyone that is going through this process, do not try to do it alone use their years of experience to your advantage. I need to give a special thank you to Precious the firm's legal assistant I think she was VERY personable and handled my calls and followed up on everything I called about. Thank You again this was a life changing event for my family,

DO NOT USE! He waited until the NIGHT before my administrative hearing to tell me the evidence for my case was weak. And that weakness cost me my case. He had well over 1.5yrs to tell me what evidence I was lacking, which evidence was weak, and to tell me what would be needed to better prove my cas...e.
