Although our law firm has different lawyers on staff that handle most legal matters, my areas of practice are:

Before founding my own law practice, I worked at Waldo, Schweda & Montgomery, P.S. as an associate attorney. There I handled many types of cases, including cases on appeal, and petitions to the Supreme of Court of Washington.
Since then, I have devoted a lot of time developing a bankruptcy practice. As a local Spokane bankruptcy attorney, I help consumers protect their rights against unscrupulous debt collectors and aggressive collection practices.
