I went to Tim Durkop when my ex-husband, an airline captain, filed a Ch 13 bankruptcy to avoid his court ordered debt obligations and a contempt charge. Tim is the exact opposite of what one hears about lawyers. He is respectful and kind, yet has a keen intellect that allows him to cleverly strategize a case and back it legally. He has an uncanny knowledge of the law and almost photographic memory. If you are lucky enough to get him on your team, you are in great hands....I can't recommend him enough.
