Kelly Malone

Kelly Malone was hired to assist us in a family child custody dispute. Whenever I spoke to her, I was often given the impression she was confused or simply didn't know how to answer the topic at hand. After talking to three other lawyers in the Spokane, WA area, I realized my several thousand dolla...rs (@$5000?) has totally gone to waste. She didn't move or take action on subjects and requests we asked for and other lawyers have advised our requests could have easily been requested and granted by the courts (like drug tests for parents with a known drug history!) All legal counsel I spoke with after her agreed she did not apply herself and defend us as well as she could have. For someone being licensed for 16 years in the legal profession, it sure doesn't show. DON'T EVER HIRE HER!

I hired Kelley over 4 years ago and in the past 4 years she has done nothing. Everything was agreed upon so everything should have been filled along time ago. I paid her well over what's she is worth. Recently in a conversation I said would meet with her but won't pay her a d dime and she told me she... won't meet with me unless I pay her, I then told her I would hire another attorney then after that she agreed to meet with me for 30 min with no charge. I waisted over 6,000 on an attorney that has sat on her butt.

I have known Kelly Malone for a long time but only recently have I been given the chance to see her in action as an attorney. Her ability to manage the volume of information necessary to represent a family law client astounds me. She never misses a beat with my information. Her knowledge of the laws ...and rules is remarkable and keeps her on top of the game in the court room. I would highly recommend Kelly Malone to anyone in need of a family law attorney.

Kelly took my case almost a year ago and I have since switched Attorneys. While with her she was fired by Maxie law office. She is now in practice on her own. She did not send critical information to the opposing as she was supposed to on one occasion which resulted in a negative outcome for me. She ...also claimed to have emailed me something I never recieved. She said she left me a voicemail when she was in transition it was a voicemail I never recieved because when she finnaly touched bases with me she had the last digit in my phone number wrong. I told her all I wanted was to know how much I owed my wife a month and a firm parenting plan in place. None of that happend while I was with her I might as well have thrown away $3000.00 and 9 months with my kids because she did absolutley nothing for me.

Kelly did a great job handling my case. She is a well-trained, ethical lawyer and has been in practice for many years. She expeditiously resolved my matter, and was very cost-effective. I highly recommend her services. I am an attorney in a different field, and I chose her over the other attorneys... in the community that I know. In addition, she is a pleasure to work with.
