Dennis Jay Beemer

Dennis Beemer is my mother's attorney. I'm her power of attorney. At 81 years of age, she slipped in a puddle of water while on the job as a bookkeeper at one of her TWO little part-time jobs. She hit her head and broke her hip causing catastrophic loss of independence and physical and mental abil...ities. My mother had worked over a half of a century living solely independently. Because workmen's comp attorneys are so heavily governed by the state on what they can and can NOT charge for their representation, my mother (due only to her age) really didn't "pencil out" for most attorneys' bottom line. Dennis, though, upon hearing Mom's story, took the case simply "because it's the right thing to do". He makes next to nothing to represent her.
