Thanks for taking a look at my profile.
Before becoming an attorney I served for 10 years in the United States Air Force as an Spanish Airborne Cryptologic Linguist. After nearly 2 years of training, I was stationed in the Republic of Panama for just over 3 years and flew over 2000 hours on C-130 Hercules aircraft as an enlisted crewmember. I spent the balance of my second enlistment in San Angelo, Texas, at the Cryptologic Technical Training Center, Goodfellow AFB, where I was the NCO in Charge of Air Force Cryptologic training. I was a Technical Sergant (E-6) and a Master Training Instructor when I got out.
My wife and I moved to Spokane, WA, where she worked for Hastings Entertainment and I attended Gonzaga University School of Law. We have been here ever since.
In addition to being a Zag Basketball Fan, I am a Third Degree Black Belt in American Kenpo. I was the Head Instructor and owner of Spokane Kenpo Karate, an affilliate of the American Kenpo Training Association for a number of years. I had to turn over the leadership of my school because of my work schedule.

Bryan worked tirelessly to ensure that our legal issue was handled to our satisfaction. He didn’t give up and continued to fight for us until a satisfactory resolution was found. His costs are more than reasonable and I would recommend him to anyone. A true gem in our community!

Very professional and reasonable rate. He got right to the crux of my case and defended me, getting my charge overturned.

Had a couple of "episodes" forced into my life including police harassment and a 4TH amendment violation by a police officer followed by another harassment incident with a different officer combined with some serious charges and so on...Brian Whitaker did a great job of having everything rightfully d...
"Bryan and I worked together on a difficult case that required compassionate and knowledgable legal advocacy. I was deeply impressed by Bryan's approach to the case, which resulted in a very favorable resolution for our client. I would recommend that you hire Bryan today."
"Bryan Whitaker is an experienced defense attorney who always serves his clients well. I have always been impressed with his practice."
"Not only is Bryan a good person, he is also a skilled attorney who is well versed in State, Federal, and Juvenal criminal matters."
"Bryan is great. Over the years he and I have consulted on criminal cases and opposed each other on family cases. He is an aggressive advocate, but also easy to contact and talk to. As a result, his clients get superior representation, but avoid expensive and unnecessary fights. I endorse him wholeheartedly."
"Bryan Whitaker is an exceptional criminal defense attorney. He has experience handling cases from shoplifting to murder. I have worked with him several times where we represented codefendants in serious state and federal criminal cases; his work has always impressed me. Anyone charged with a serious criminal offense will be well served having Bryan in their corner. I refer cases to him with confidence."
"Bryan is an invaluable member of the defense bar and zelous advocate for his clients. If I have a complicated matter and need a co-counsel, Bryan is the first person I call."
