I hired Tracy as a "victim" in a DV 4th assault charge to represent me and my interests in court as my assigned advocate and county prosecutor were quite inadequate. Tracy delivered exactly as promised, showed up on time and even was available for my questions after hours. I could text him my questio...ns and get answers as well his fees are amazing! I would recommend him to anyone in need and while I hope to never have a criminal case to deal with again, I know the first person I would call is Tracy Collins. He delivered better than my spouse's lawyer and was honest and upfront. He is transparent and won't BS you about results. Do not hesitate to hire him if you're looking for a lawyer. No one else will give you the level of service and attention as Tracy.

I hired this so called lawyer about 2 years ago to represent my son, he failed to show up to court numerous times , called the prosecutor last minute to continue court date without our knowledge ,there was even an article posted in our local newspaper about this lawyer the prosecutor was trying to ge...t him banned from being able to represent anyone in our county due to him being unprofessional , not showing up to many court dates in other cases for many other clients . This man also lied to me about appealing the case, 7 almost 8 thousand dollars I gave this man to help my loved one out, and he didn't do a thing except take our money, give us false hopes only to be let down and feeling robbed/scammed by a person who's job/profession is to help and defend those in need, so if you ever need legal representation please do not even consider this man Tracy Scott Collins as an option Sincerely A very disappointed client

Tracy has been an amazing lawyer, I found him almost five years ago when a friend of mine was involved in a felony burglary case. Tracy has always been more attentive to our court dates than we ever were, He always made sure to give us notice on when we needed to appear. The case went to trial. I ca...n honestly say he is an amazing trial lawyer. Since I have found Tracy I have referred quite a few friends including myself using him as a defense attorney in many different felony and criminal charges. I believe that Tracy has done more than I ask or even need to. He has kept all my information confidential, and I have never had a problem with him making or returning my calls. Every time I have always showed up, and was always there after he was. Not only is Tracy helpfull , he actuyally knows what he is talking about as far as the law for Washington state. I would refer Tracy to anyone facing a criminal charge. I have dealt with him for years from attempted murder, burglary, drug cases,riots, and even driving charges. After using many other attorneys, I wouldnt change mine.

I am able to talk to Tracy and feel comfortable about his ability to handle my felony matters. Tracy is always available to answere questions he drives hundreds of miles for court appearances and is always there at each hearing. I am a single mother and Tracy has made it possible for me to pay him at... a reasonable rate. He is highly recommended.

Tracy did not act within reasoable diligence or promptness in representing me. Tracy is the king of procrastination; draging out my charges for two years and using the maximum amount of contiuences allowed. Tracy did not keep me informed about the status of the case nor did he bother to take any time... to explain things to me. There was also a court day that Tracy did not show up for so the judge had a public defender sit in for me. The contract he has you sign when you first hire him is also unethical. This is not an isolated even as tracy has done this with many other clients. I am currently reporting him to the bar association.
