Educated in many fields and areas of the law, Tracy Scott Collins is the best choice for a lawyer.

Tracy Scott Collins helped me with a DUI case, which was resolved in my benefit; years before I asked him help me with my boyfriend, Ricky Jenks. Tracy was obtained very late into Ricky’s Federal Court proceedings. The public defender he had was busy, didn’t keep him or me informed about what was g...oing on, she was impossible to get a hold of, and was very discouraging in the view of Ricky’s outcome, she told me to plan for a 10 year sentence. When Tracy started he went full force. He kept me in the loop about everything and he was in constant contact with Ricky who was incarcerated with no bail. Tracy put his all into to defending Ricky and giving me peace of mind. At the time Ricky and I had a family with 2 small boys and I was pregnant. Because of Tracy’s hard work and determination the father of my children was home in 18 months. I am very grateful for what Tracy did, and I have faith that he puts his 'all' for all of his clients!!

Unprofessional , untruthful , unreliable bad lawyer!!!!

I hired this so called lawyer about 2 years ago to represent my son, he failed to show up to court numerous times , called the prosecutor last minute to continue court date without our knowledge ,there was even an article posted in our local newspaper about this lawyer the prosecutor was trying to ge...t him banned from being able to represent anyone in our county due to him being unprofessional , not showing up to many court dates in other cases for many other clients . This man also lied to me about appealing the case, 7 almost 8 thousand dollars I gave this man to help my loved one out, and he didn't do a thing except take our money, give us false hopes only to be let down and feeling robbed/scammed by a person who's job/profession is to help and defend those in need, so if you ever need legal representation please do not even consider this man Tracy Scott Collins as an option Sincerely A very disappointed client

A Friend When You Need One Most

Finding yourself in need of a good defense attourney is never an ideal situation. If you're ever in serious trouble, the legal system is both confusing and intimidating. The process leaves you feeling pretty alone. To have someone who cares about you personally is an asset without value. Twice i h...ave found myself in need of such a friend. Referred to him by another who insisted Mr. Collins was the best, i found him to be everything promised. His advice was both honest and real. I wasn't just another faceless "number" in the system. I can say he really went to bat for me and delivered positive results both times. Through it all I've come to consider him not only to be a good lawyer but a great friend as well. If you find yourself in legal trouble, you're going to want both on your side. You NEED to give him a call!

GREAT LAWYER

I hired Mr. Collins four years ago to represent my boyfriend in a criminal case he had gotten into. He was recommended by some family friends who had hired him and had been very pleased with his work. One of the main reasons i was happy with Mr. Collins was he took monthly payments. It made it e...asy for us to have a paid attorney that was affordable too. Even over the years if i have had financial problems, Mr. Collins has been understanding and worked with me. He has represented my boyfriend now in three cases and he has had the charges dismissed or at least lowered down. Whether Mr. Collins is out of town on business or personnel he will return my calls or texts at any time day or night. Mr. Collins answers all my questions and is very knowledgable about the law. You do learn how to be patient when working with attorneys. I hear alot of people always talking about how their lawyer never returns calls or texts but people have to understand lawyers have more then one client and also have families and get sick too. Mr. Collins has always been able to give me time if i have questions or concerns. I have been pleased and satisfied with Mr. Collins work for us over these past years. I would and do recommend Mr. Collins for a lawyer.

Do yourself of favor

Tracy did not act within reasoable diligence or promptness in representing me. Tracy is the king of procrastination; draging out my charges for two years and using the maximum amount of contiuences allowed. Tracy did not keep me informed about the status of the case nor did he bother to take any time... to explain things to me. There was also a court day that Tracy did not show up for so the judge had a public defender sit in for me. The contract he has you sign when you first hire him is also unethical. This is not an isolated even as tracy has done this with many other clients. I am currently reporting him to the bar association.

Relationship: Fellow lawyer in community

"I have known Tracy Collins almost 20 years. We tried a first degree assault case together about 15 years ago and have worked together on cases several times since then. Tracy is an exceptional trial lawyer. I would not hesitate to have him represent a friend or family member in trial. On more than one occasion I have heard seasoned dectectives say that they would hire Tracy if they ever got in trouble. Tracy is on the short list of exceptionally gifted trial attorneys in Spokane."

Tracy’s comment:

“Reprimanded in 2012 for trying to take a clients wife, a former legal assistant, up to see him in the Spokane County jail to fill out a parenting plan before he went to prison. 2017 reprimand for a $15 overdraft in trust account that turned out to be the bank’s fault. Never disciplined for any conduct with any current or former client. Read my reviews! My clients always have access to me and my relationship with each client is built on trust, hard work.”
