TERRIBLE SERVICE!! Worst firm I've ever dealt with. I hired them through ATTICUS to help me get approved for SSI. They did NOTHING. Never returned my phone calls or responded to my emails. When I finally got ahold of them (they called me twice, once by mistake and once after I got approved) none of t...he staff had any idea about the status of my claim. I terminated my contract with them and SS in two separate letters. They claimed they never received the letters and tried to get their fee when I was eventually approved through my own hard work. From my experience its clearly a numbers game to them. They parasite on as many cases as possible and try to claim their fee if their clients get approved. I am having to sue them in small claims court to prevent them from STEALING my SSI approval money. STAY AWAY!!

I was referred to Rosemary Wear and sent them an email. Someone at their office called me back, asked some basic questions, and they transferred me to a second person for more basic questions. I was told Emily would call back at 3pm. That's three people total. Emily called just before 3pm. I was r...ushed off the phone by Emily and told they had to make other calls in this block and had to let me go. This was in response to my attempt to ask questions specific to my case. Their instructions during the rushed call were generalized and not specific to me or my case. Emily didn't seem to be present for our conversation. They told me to go to my local SSA office to apply for benefits--after acknowledging I already have an interview scheduled. It's almost as if ChatGPT had taken over the call with instructions to waste my time and ignore known facts. I'm very confused why I was called only to be told to take steps unrelated to my case, then essentially hung up on when I attempted to ask specific questions related to my application. Rushing through multiple calls is not going to help people in need of assistance, it's a hindrance. In a 22 minute phone call with Emily, I received a satisfactory answer to one question. I sent Rose Wear an email informing them of Emily's choices and asked if they had time that afternoon or the following morning for a few questions. Rose never responded. I sent them an email asking them to purge my information from their records. I don't recommend anyone contact Rose Ann Wear at Wear Law Office for any reason. If they're comfortable hanging up on someone seeking assistance, I wouldn't trust them to represent me in any way.

This Law Office firm just tried to call and said here it is and was very rude to me didn't let me get a chance to speak and they took $4,900 and I only received $7,000 back from back pay how is this 25%? It is not I was told by a associate that they would only take $2,600 out of my back pay and I was... lied to if I would have known all of this I wouldn't have went with this law office but because I've been treated poorly hung up on all because I asked a simple question I'm giving them a one-star review terrible service they only are nice to you if they think they will win money they do not really care and they only want money do not go to this Law Firm they will disrespect you and mistreat you very poorly and they took advantage of a disabled person

Rosemary worked diligently on my case for over 4 years Her, Todd & everyone who works there put up with my craziness with much compassion and understanding. I appreciate them immensely. After many years of hard work Rosemary finally won my case and was able to get me the maximum amount from years o...f being disabled. And yet, shockingly she only collects 25%. That's nothing for all her hard work. I Couldn't have done it without her and everyone in that office.~~ Eternally grateful.
