If your looking for a lawyer, keep searching. This guy!..... Overpriced, was the first red flag. Referred to me by a colleague so maybe my expectations were too high. Once the prosecutor and Judge on this case were disclosed Richard Bechtolt Jr just simply gave up! Unwilling to put up a fight and ...already paid by enormous retainer Richard didn't even show up for the final sentencing nor did he return my calls afterwords. I got the book handed to me and Richard got to keep his golf buddies and a pay check. WIN-WIN! I wish he would have just told me my best interests were not in his representation abilities because of political issues, taken a 20% referral fee and sent me across the street.
