For 36 years, I have had the privilege of representing injured workers in Eastern Washington and Northern Idaho.  I do not represent insurance companies or the Deparment of Labor and Industries, only injured workers.  

Workers' compensation law is highly specialized and requires keen insight into not only the intricacies of various medical conditions caused by workplace injury and/or exposures, but also an sound understanding of how to best navigate a complicated admininstrative system designed to block injured workers from receiving benefits to which they are entitled.  

I thrive on representing injured workers, as they are the true underdogs in the workers compensation system.  Between penny-pinching insurance companies or Deparment of Labor and Industries denial of benefits, the injured worker is left to drown in a complicated system without legal help.  I strive to level the playing field for injured workers and make sure their voices are heard.  

Whether by negotiation or litigation, I have had great success in getting injured workers the benefits they deserve.  I strive to take the stress of claims off the backs of my clients and secure results that help reestablish some financially security with an eye toward returning them to a more normal life in the post-injury.  I look foward to working hard and assisting you with your claim.
