Matthew William Daley

I work on litigation and appeals in Washington's State and Federal Courts, as well as the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. My cases are as varied as the region's economy – I work for federal contractors, for industrial manufacturing concerns, for high tech innovators, and for professionals of every type. My clients occupy different markets, have different businesses, pursue different goals, and strive to different missions, but they all need some form of help – I am honored and humbled to offer that help.

I work to mediate disputes and rebuild relationships, and when relationships are past remedy, I stand by my clients through litigation. Regardless of the dispute, I aim to be a true counselor – to provide considered and candid advice. And when litigation becomes necessary, my clients can bank on a dedicated and determined partner.

I am devoted to improving justice in our community. I have served on committees and boards through our State and Federal Courts. My work through the court system is an important part of being a true partner to my clients; it allows me to advocate for laws and rules that recognize the important roles that businesses and professionals play in our economy.
