After months and months of battling the prosecution Josh was finally able to reduce my DUI to reckless driving it was a tough DUI to reduce as I did not provide a sample but him and his law office was able to reduce it saving me thousands of dollars in fines

DUI
Josh handled my dui case. It was my 2nd dui. He got my breath test thrown out of court but the prosecutor still wouldn't give me a break. During the trial he tore the cop apart and pointed out all the little mistakes cops make. I was found NOT GUILTY.
