Prior to beginning in the practice of law, Jack earned his Bachelors degree from the University of Washington (BA, accounting and finance, 1983), his law degree from Albany Law School of Union University (JD, 1986), and a masters of law in estate planing from the University of Miami (LL.M, estate planning, 1987).
