I am both a trial lawyer and an office practitioner, whose practice is focused on real estate law. Prior to my work at Witherspoon Kelley, I served as in-house counsel for First American Title Insurance Company in Spokane.
I have broad experience in all areas of real estate law in both state and federal courts, bankruptcy courts, and administrative proceedings. I regularly represent clients in matters related to rights in land, title insurance, banking, condominium creation, sales, leasing and brokerage, bankruptcy, environmental issues, water rights, land use planning, federal housing law, and construction.
