My practice focuses on business transactions and disputes. I represent creditors in bankruptcy proceedings and both plaintiffs and defendants in commercial litigation.
I enjoy all outdoor activities including golf, snow sking, fishing, and hunting. I am a home winemaker and woodworker. My volunteer time is currently spent working on a non-profit enterprise to learn and develop technology to convert agricultural waste products into electricity, ethanol, and gas.
