My practice focuses on a range of employee benefits matters, including tax-qualified plans, welfare benefit plans and non-qualified deferred compensation arrangements. I regularly assist the Business and Corporate and Securities attorneys with executive compensation reporting for our public company clients.
Jaclyn has experience assisting clients with the development of estate plans and drafting various estate planning instruments, including wills, trusts, durable powers of attorney, and healthcare directives.
I also advise nonprofit organizations and have experience in forming tax-exempt organizations and completing Section 501(c)(3) tax exempt applications.
