Ghousia Bushra Rahim

I have a diverse legal background having represented clients in criminal, personal injury, employment, family law, medical malpractice, and estate planning.
I graduated from the University of Washington with a Bachelor of Arts degree in International and Women Studies. During my undergraduate, I interned with the Washington State Legislature where I worked alongside House Representative Cody on a healthcare bill. I attended law school in Arizona where I acted as ABA Lieutenant Governor and volunteered with the Justice Project and Homeless court. In my last year of law school I published an article for the Psychology and Law Journal.
I am an active member of the legal community, I served on the board of the South Asian Bar Association (SABAW) and is chair of the legal clinic and mentor in the Joint Minority Mentorship program. I have partnered with community-based organizations such as API Chaya, Sex Violence Law Center, and Muslim Association of Puget Sound in providing pro-bono services. I also volunteered for the Washington Intiative for Diversity and currently sit on the WSBA Wellness Taskforce.
As a former boxer, I bring the same tenacity and determination to the courtroom as I did to the ring. I am deeply committed to fighting in client’s corner, ensuring they are empowered with the proper legal recourse and receive the justice they deserve.
