Great attorney
Great attorney. Definitely will tell you how it is and is certainly looking out for your best interests. I went through a horrible divorce with a child and because I was in the military it was very hard to get 50/50 custody. However, with Evan’s outstanding knowledge of the law and his educated and experienced advice I was able to get 50/50 custody . I am now living my life with little to no influence from my ex wife and I am to thank Evan for that. There were times were I was scared to death of not being able to see my son a for more then 6 weeks a year. But, Evan was able to fight and make sure that didn’t happen. I would recommend him to anyone.

Punctual, thoughtful, and on point
Evan took on my case over a year ago, and was able to provide professional, accurate and helpful advice. I trusted Evan's advice, because he was (while optimistic) truthful of the possible outcomes, he didn't set me up for failure, or with the expectation that we were going to win no matter what. Evan listened to what happened and what I said. He did the research, and was able to present the case to the judge in an eloquent manner. In the end, I would hire Evan over again, and would suggest that others do the same. As it is, I'm going to maintain my relationship with Evan, just in case.

Best Decision
I Hired Evan a year and a half ago after my girlfriend and I split up during her pregnancy. After my child was born my ex refused to even speak to me let alone let me see my own child. Evan quickly got the ball rolling and I finally got to meet my daughter for the first time. It was a hard fight over the course of this last year but Evan saw it through with me and I now have 50/50 custody of my child. I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome and the time I now have with my little girl. I owe you so much Evan for what you have done for me and I cant thank you enough. Your professional conduct and guidance helped navigate me through one of the most difficult times in my life. Hats off to Brynn Prophet for all her hard work keeping me informed and taking my calls at the drop of a hat. I wouldn't be were I'm at today without you both!

My sons mother and her step mother had taken my son away from me after the death of our second son without consulting with me. Within a year Evan was able to help get my name added to the birth certificate and prove major instability and inability to parent with my remaining sons mother. As a single father we were able to win this case and now my son is back where he belongs, with me, his father. Incredible win for single fathers everywhere. Evan was not only empathetic to the situation, he was also direct with me on what we could and could not do. Evan also has an incredible follow up system and will call you back anytime concerns are present. He was also aggressive when presenting the facts in court and does not let up. I’m thankful for his guidance. Thank you.

Top Notch Attorney
I hired Evan to help me with a child custody dispute that had been ongoing for many years and I was not disappointed. Evan was responsive and knowledgeable with good advice. I was impressed by his demeanor in and out of the court room as he helped me navigate what was an incredibly stressful and difficult situation for me personally. Evans quick grasp of what I was up against and had been dealing for many years and his willingness to take these challenges head on while protecting me from slanderous attacks is something I will always appreciate and remember.I would strongly recommend Evan Dobbs and would absolutely look to retain his services again if needed.

This is the lawyer you want!
If you are looking for an incredible, hardworking lawyer who cares about your case, Evan Dobbs is your best bet. Evan is a very dedicated lawyer. When meeting him, you will find how nice and welcoming he is. However when stepping into the court room, Evan is very assertive and has passion behind everything he says. Evan is a man of perseverance. I never thought I would have to get a divorce. I had no idea what to expect, but Evan helped me the entire way through. He would not settle for less and never did I ever doubt that he wanted nothing but the best outcome for me possible. Evan helped me through trial, prepared me for everything and when I say I couldn't be more thankful for him, I truely mean it. I walked out of trial with everything I wanted and more!
