Biography
Delian graduated Summa Cum Laude from Gonzaga University School of Law in 2005. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science with minors in International Relations and Philosophy in 2002, graduating first in his class at Gonzaga University. While in law school, Delian was a member of the Jessup Moot Court Team and an Associate Editor of the Gonzaga International Law Journal. He also tutored other law students as part of the GU Academic Resource Program and worked as a research assistant for three of his professors. A native of Bulgaria, Delian is fluent in Russian, Bulgarian, and English. Delian's areas of practice include civil litigation, commercial and business law, personal injury, landlord-tenant law, creditor-debtor relations, and insurance law. Delian is a member of the Washington State Bar, the Idaho State Bar, and the Spokane and Kootenai County Bar Associations.
