Excellent IP attorney

Dee Malhotra is a top notch patent attorney. Everything he does is well researched and aimed at providing results. He is particularly knowledgeable on USPTO practice and trends. Deepak Malhotra is an outstanding patent attorney. Being a good patent attorney fundamentally requires that the attorney has a sound technical background in combination with exceptional legal skills - Deepak Malhotra possesses both of these skills which he has demonstrated on numerous occassions whe...n he, as outside counsel, represented my previous employers. Demonstrating technical and legal savviness can make an attorney a good patent attorney, but to be an exceptional patent attorney, a good patent attorney must demonstrate that he can be relied upon by the client and provide sound advise in critical situations.
