Beware

Mr. Eash was my attorney for several years. He filed a lawsuit and kept me in the lawsuit even when the process caused me great harm. He failed to give me an offer of judgement from opposing counsel. He allowed subpoenas for my medical records to go through without my knowledge. He failed to keep me ...informed of the details of my case, he didn't want to invest his time to work with me and my disabilities that were a result from a car accident. His billings exceeded the amount of the final offered settlement. I find his actions to be unethical!

Communication with this client was very difficult from the time she suffered her traumatic brain injury, even after a guardian was appointed for her. While I strongly disagree with her characterization of our relationship in a number of significant ways I continue to wish her success.
