Biography
Matt's practice focuses on commercial and business related litigation. He is admitted at all levels of state and federal courts in Washington and Idaho. He has appeared in matters in Montana, Oregon, Alaska and California, as well as before the U.S. Court of Federal Claims and U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
He has extensive experience in disputed business transactions, construction claims, products liability and employment issues. Within those areas, Matt advises clients in numerous matters involving contracts, banking practices, municipal law and employment agreements, retaliatory firings and discrimination.
Since his service in the U.S. Army JAG Corps, Matt has practiced with the firm of Winston & Cashatt. He and his wife have made their home in the Northwest. They enjoy fly fishing in the summer, skiing in the winter and socializing with their many friends of long standing.
