top notch lawyer in my book
Terry had excellent advice and negotiating skills when it became necessary to file for divorce after a 20 year marriage. I will always be thankful for how he came to bat for me in a very difficult situation. I would hire him again if I had the need and he were given the opportunity.

He was my cos public defender long ago and helped me
He is also my mom's lawyer and he has had her back. If he is still a public defender that's the reason I would imagine it was the reason for the other reviews. With the way cps in Colville is the most currupt unethical cruel abusive bias greedy dishonest incompetent uncompassionate and basically evil...

one word..... INCOMPETENT
Hired months before he did anything, even though I waitef until he could take my case. He doesn't respond timely, if at all. He was INCOMPETENT for my case. Made me wait too long and did not file the correct motions. Cost me thousands for nothing at all in the end. He missed my chance.

Terrible waste of money
This was a joke he was the worst lawyer ever. It took 10 months to get a temp parenting plan. Still no final divorce. Do not waste your money. Constantly postponing things and then forgets about his clients. Worst experience of my life.
