Self-serving Do-nothing lawyer who allowed false charges without questioning prosecution but billed me $800

Besides chatting with his son and girlfriend on the phone during my billable time, he charged me a flat fee $800 to make a false criminal charge 'go away' as he put it. But he didn't even have the ability to make it go away without an arraignment and so it now mars my record even tho it was dismissed... for no probable cause. (not thanks to Mike, but thanks to fact I never committed any crimes.) He told me repeatedly the prosecutor told him he sees no wilful intent required by the crime and yet he wants to bring it anyway to see what the judge will do. I couldn't understand why Mike couldn't make the charges just be dropped and not have me miss work/suffer stress for arraignment etc. Besides cop mailed 2 charges to me without even telling me the facts of the crimes I had supposedly committed. He trumped up 3 charges and I was never even told why I was being charged. Mike never addressed that. When I filed grievance against prosecutor for bringing crimes he admitted he saw no probable cause for, Mike now writes BS letter saying prosecutor never said that. (But Mike never says he never told me that) So either Mike lied to me when he told me prosecutor said it or he's lying to WSBA and prosecutor did say it but Mike is helping him get off the hook. Further, my own investigation uncovered that cop had found evidence 2 full weeks before my arraignment that exonerated me but Mike never pushed to require we see evidence of a photo used against me. He allowed use of a false statement saying a photo in a local newspaper (that did not exist and had never been shown to him or me or anyone else) but which was cited in court anyway) proved a crime against me. He did nothing to ask to see photo the cop and prosecutor claimed under oath existed and now I find it is a photo I'm not even in so could not prove me committing any crimes. The supposed victim of my 'crime' is also in law enforcement and he sat and said nothing and Mike never even asked him anything about me committing the crime supposedly photographed (because both 'victim' and I knew it never happened) When judge decided no probable cause, Mike said he'd ask City to repay me my defense costs. Said he'd write a letter. Over a month he never did. He did absolutely nothing on that. Shortly after my case he was securing a contract to be the defense lawyer for unrepresented people in that city. He charged me a flat fee for defense $800 and he did absolutely nothing of any legal value for that money.
