We hired Jay to complete a step parent adoption. He was non communicative, he was unable to find the father which was done within a couple weeks of hiring another attorney. He often did not answer my calls or return my calls. Jay did not file the paperwork correctly with the courts which made it diff...icult for me to call the courts about my case. I was not filed with the paperwork so the courts did not realize it was my case. When the adoption was finalized in court, there was paperwork that needed to be filed at the beginning which was never filed. The failure to file this papaerwork took extra time for us to get the documentation from the courts. I was not satisfied with Jay Kessler.
