The majority of my practice consists of post-conviction relief matters - restoration of civil rights, vacating/sealing convictions, and restoration of the right to possess firearms. I also handle all types of firearm related cases - criminal charges, NICS denials, concealed weapon permit denials, forfeitures and seizures and hunting violations.
AVVO does not include these categories in their "Areas of Practice".
Keep in mind that an AVVO score is not the most credible way to evaluate individual attorneys. When an attorney signs up ("claims" profile), there is an offer to seek peer reviews, i.e. ask colleagues to boost ratings. Client reviews are probably a better guage of an attorney's experience and abilities.

No good
Don’t ever use this sorry excuse for a lawyer! He won’t fight for you and he will scare you into pleading guilty! Also if you check his license is suspended with the Washington state Bar! Wonder why…
