I could not have been happier I hired Mr. Webber for an assault charge in the in the County of Wenatchee Washington. Paul represented me in a traffic violation as a public defender; however, he fought for me as if I had paid for a top dollar attorney. My case was not easy as it involved the testimonies of not one, but two police officers. Paul Webber was an excellent attorney to deal with. He represented me in a case when I was wrongly stopped by a police officer wrongly resulting in a DUI, and arrest. I was very quickly contacted by Paul, saying that he was an appointed attorney for my case, and shortly after, met with him. Paul was ...very professional, and easy to talk to. He knew that this situation can often be scary and overwhelming, and assured me that he will do his best for me. He was very knowledgeable about possible consequences that would arise from a DUI conviction, but also gave me some of the better outcomes that were a possibility as well. It was pleasure meeting with Paul on that occasion and he said he will keep in contact with me and we would me next at my court hearing. Before that hearing, he gave me a call just to remind me not to miss that hearing, and informed me of some of the research he had done and information on what we could expect at the court hearing. One of the best scenarios he said that he could give me was to have the conviction lowered to a less serious conviction then a DUI. When I had gotten to court that day, Paul came over to me with joy on his face and sat down with me. He said that there would be a motion to dismiss the case on the grounds of a bad stop. I could not believe this news since the best that I had expected was to have some sort of reckless endangerment, or other conviction. We started the court hearing and Paul said that he moves to have the case dismissed on grounds of a bad stop, which both the judge and county attorney agreed to. After that, I signed some papers and it was done. Before I left Paul said it was a pleasure working for me on my case, and was delighted that he could achieve the best possible outcome for me in this case, and I thanked him for all of his hard work, and left the court room feeling just dumbfounded on what had just happened. Paul Webber achieved the absolute best possible situation for me in this case which was complete dismissal of the case. Paul is and extraordinary lawyer, with a great head on his shoulders, and will do the best that he possibly can for you.
