Exceptional Attorney

Extremely professional and diligent attorney. His firm was in constant contact throughout litigation. Rod and his staff made the whole process very easy and stress free. Rod did an amazing job with settling my case and I couldn’t be more happy with the results.

Honest and Straightforwad

I was injured in a car accident, underwent several years of therapy and then surgery. Trusting that the insurance company would be fair, it came down to having only 2 weeks left before my statue of limitations ran out. I contacted Rod Nelson at the urgency of a friend. He listened to the situation an...d said he would accept the case and felt he could get all the necessary papers filed, papers served in time. He did just that. He kept me informed on what was happening weekly, quickly responding to my questions. His staff was very helpful and always quick to respond. I felt he and his staff always were looking out for my best interest. Ultimately we went through mediation and settled within a few days. Rod made sure that I received a fair settlement. I would recommend Rod Nelson to anyone with great confidence that he will do the same for them as he did for me. Thank You for making a difficult situation easier.

Car Accident

Mr. Nelson was excellent with my case he walked me thru this whole process step by step and he took care of anything i need and answer my question right there and then.
