BEST OF THE BEST in Washington!

Rod Nelson, and his Paralegal, Sherry Fortner, took on my Trip and Fall Accident case in early 2014, on a contingency basis. From the very first day, Abeyta Nelson showed their commitment level by sending someone from the firm to our residence for our initial evaluation and consultation. This was ext...remely valuable to us, since my injury had me layed up and not physically able to make or keep any outside appointments. Attorney Nelson and Mrs. Fortner "took me under their wing," with incredible expertise and courtesy, while always going the extra mile to provide the highest level of client service I have ever seen or experienced in my lifetime. Above and beyond their awesome attention to detail, and their amazing client service, they also showed the highest amount of human compassion, repeatedly demonstrating to me that they were not only interested in making attorney's fees from my case, but genuinely cared about me as a human being, and honestly wanted to be the vehicle in providing justice for me and my family, as a result of my injury accident. This was everclear and everpresent throughout the ongoing years of my case proceeding through the long and drawn out legal process. Needless to say, now that Attorney Rod Nelson and Mrs. Fortner were finally able to get my case settled for a low, but acceptable amount, I would very highly recommend the Nelson/Fortner team when choosing an injury law attorney anywhere within the State Of Washington. I couldn't have wished for any better legal team than the one I had. On a "Fortnote," LOL! (Footnote), Mrs. Fortner was even able to make a huge financial impact on my settlement NET proceeds by successfully negotiating the Government down on my attached Medicare Lein for unpaid medical bills.
