Doesn't listen to clients. Focuses on what he wants to do and will ignore your constitutional rights to just get a case closed and move on. If the court appoints him, go ahead and kiss your family, reputation and evidence goodbye because none of that matters to him in the slightest! If this is you...r attorney, you would have had a better chance representing yourself. I hate to give anyone a negative review, but I hate innocent people going to jail because their attorney doesn't have time for the truth nor wants to fight for it. Maybe he was awesome 20 years ago. I think he's burnt out now. For your own sake and civil/ legal rights please get another attorney. He could cost you your freedom!! Deathly serious. He didn't even, review evidence, interview witnesses, look at past legal issues, file correct motions, didn't answer calls, texts, emails. Refused all evidence to clear his clients name. Did no investigation into the case at all. Wasn't interested in anything but a plea deal. Refused multiple different evidence exhibits that he didn't even have to do anything to get. It was all offered to him, organized, filed, duplicate copies, whole nine yards. Even offered to lay out the ENTIRE case page by page so all he had to do was read, file the papers handed to him and read the script written!!!
