My husband and I got married in 2013 we filed for his residency in March 2013 I am a US citizen and he was born in Mexico but has lived here in the states for 11 years. At the beginning I was doing all the paperwork on my own up until we were asked to do the I-160 Waiver. That's when we decided to lo...ok for an attorney and we found Stephen Robbins since the beginning him, his legal assistant and secretaries were very responsive and so very helpful. Like I had mentioned before my husband and I did the paperwork on our own in the beginning so through the process with Stephen Robbins he realized that our affidavit of support was not summited properly so he was generous enough to fix it and resubmit it properly for us. We summited our waiver around May 2014 and were approved by October 2014 and had our appointment in November 2014 in Ciudad Juarez Mexico, needless to say our attorney and his staff always stayed on top of our case if anything ever came up they were sure to give us a call right away and if we ever had any questions they were there to help. I just have to add that the attorney Stephen Robbins gave us his personal number before we took off to my husbands interview in Mexico so if any issues came up after business hours we could still get ahold of him. Some issues did come up which were small issues but they seemed big AT THE TIME and lets just say that Stephen Robbins was very helpful even at 5AM!!! Stephen Robbins and his staff are very helpful, professional, responsive and I forgot to mention that they are very reasonable on their prices!! In the end yes everything went great my husband was approved and YES we definitely plan to go back for my husbands citizenship my husband and I would most definitely recommend this attorney to everyone him and his staff were great.
