Katherine Lynn Kenison

She was unresponsive to requests for meetings with her and city officials to settle more than $7 million in claims for various civil rights violations involving criminal activity of a certain police department in Grant County. She used a dead attorney's email address for correspondence at the time I ...tried to reach her to obtain an out of court settlement. She has conflicts of interest with 16 other cities she represents and should be disbarred from practicing law in Washington State. She sued someone for two years and lost over an environmental issue that cost my clients a lot of money defending her false accusations and false and misleading claims. She is not a good attorney at all. She is supposed to represent me as a citizen of the city I live in but has failed in this regard to the best of my knowledge and belief.
