Biography
Dale has been rated AV by Martindale-Hubbell since 1985. This is the highest rating given to practicing lawyers by their peers. He has tried hundreds of cases in state and federal courts in Washington state and also represented clients in California, New York, Ohio and Missouri. Some of his cases have been national class actions and others have received significant media coverage, such as the Dino Rossi Governor's race election fraud case in 2005. Dale continues to be actively involved in Washington state agriculture, serving as Chairman of the Washington Apple Commission and on the national Board of US Apple. He represents growers of tree fruits in state and national issues of importance to the fruit industry. He frequently travels to Washington DC to speak on agriculture policy. Big Disappointment!!
Dale sold us on he would be handling our case but once he had our retainer he passed onto one of his office staff and never to hear from Dale again. Just lots of bills. LOTS of promises to get your money but no results, stay away from this office!!! I learned that lesson the hard way.
