Ms. Bratton, and her staff, provided me with excellent legal guidance throughout the divorce process. She was proactive in addressing the needs of my case. Divorce is not easy especially when you are trying to protect yourself and your kids. She is confident in her $40.00 interview on your inital visit. I paid $3500 down for a family custody case. She was unprepared she ask for no pay stubs. Pre court documents important in a case. She let the other attorney bully her and didn't stand up for herself or me in emails. She never me...t with me once pre court.. And court papers were a mess we went back several times for her mistakes costing me. Not paying attention to details.. Several documents my x produced were not reserched by her or her staff. A unlicenced counselor in one session diagnosed my son with with PTST.. She does not know the difference in professional licened people in Wenatchee. My counselor said this should have been reported to the state for professional misconduct.. My attorney should have let the judge know this. The counselor has had judgements against his licence for lying to the court. No in fact I dout she even knows how to research. I told her up front this would be a hard case. She said she was confident. With out going into any more detail. My friends that our attorney's along with my brother were dumbfounded. That she could do so bad. I had to tell her I couldn't afford her any more. What I ment is I couldn't afford someone so horrible. She told me I should ask my brother to help. Whaaat? Ya right! That just shows me she didnt take her job seriously. My Brother prosecutes murderers and criminals. I should have got all my money back. She is nice but should stick to traffic tickets.

I retained Beth for a speeding infraction in Chelan County, which is one of the tougher counties in Washington State to contest tickets. I lost track of how many times Beth had to go to court for me, in the end Beth prevailed and got my ticket dismissed. I'm was so impressed with her through the ...whole process.
