Much appreciated

Beth has helped me numerous times through out the years. I am deeply grateful for her time and feel my son has been given better odds at life because of Beth’s involvement with my case.

I won!

Beth Bratton and her Legal team were better then I expected. To begin with. My exes first attorney quit the day she got a letter, that Beth was representing me. I knew I was on the right track. Beth and Lacey were able to help me make good decisions not based on emotions but what would be best fo...r the long-term health of my child. After about two years of a legal battle my ex got less than I originally offered her and I end up getting custody of my child which is a huge feat for a male to get in Washington state. I will and do highly recommend this Legal team. If needed, I absolutely will use them again.

Divorce/Family Law

Beth came highly recommended to me by a retired local Judge and was dedicated to me from the first time I spoke to her, she is dedicated and passionate about her work, and getting you the best outcome possible. Beth is very honest and upfront with everything she does, she works hard and is prompt and... on point at all times. If I was in need of advise or direction, she was always there for me, if you are in need of a friendly, honest lawyer that will stand up for what you need, call on Beth as she will dedicate her experience and hard work on your behalf too! Along with Beth you get her wonderful staff to help out also to make the experience the best it can be.

2 years of in and out of court

When I was informed by my ex that she wanted a divorce. I planned on handling things civilly with my ex but consulted with Beth to make sure I was handling the situation correctly. We met for an hour and she educated me on the process and the steps needed. My ex did not like where things where go...ing so actually reached out to Beth to hire her. Beth informed her that she couldn’t work with her due to already meeting with me. Beth reached out to me and informed me of what occurred. Shortly there after my ex informed me she wanted lawyers to handle it since I already had one. (Which wasn’t true) At that point, I hired Beth (now I had my lawyer) Beth advised me, (the father) on which county to file in and why along with what was reasonable and not reasonable to request. (Douglas or chelan county) She made sure I was prepared telling me which documents to get and what type of evidence was needed/ actually admissible in court. We went to court 4 times the first year, every time with very favorable outcomes. She is very kind soft spoken, and does an EXCELLENT job at letting the other person make a fool of themselves by letting them talk to much. Our very first trial my ex’s attorney was very offensive saying horrible untruthful things about me that made me look like a horrid father. Beth didn’t stoop to his level, she kept things profesional, presented the facts and my ex and her attorney appeared not credible. We were both asking for extremes, and it ended very favorable for myself. After one year of different issues coming and going we finally settled. A while later my ex and I didn’t agree on a few things and she filed paperwork that took us back to court. I re hired Beth ASAP, however, she was overbooked already. But she didn’t leave me hanging. She told me what I needed to do for me the paperwork and scheduled the consult a two months later. (Was only given 14 day notice for a response and had court in 28 days) I presented myself well prepared thanks to the information and supplies she gave me. Later on when she was available for hire I hired her again since the process was not over. We had 4 more court hearings and trials within the next year to which she defended me wonderfully, made sure I didn’t loose any of my rights, and even increased my decision making. (Was joint for all, now I have the final say in a few things) I had a very good experience with her. One of my close friends had an excellent trial with her as well. My ex wife’s friend also had really good outcome with her. I’ve only heard from friends one bad outcomes where she represented them, however, they believe the outcome for the person was just and it didn’t matter who represented them, it wasn’t going to end well. Beth and her team deserves 5 stars. They are great!

Post Secondary Child Support

I hired Beth to work through post secondary child support for me and my daughter. Beth was very good at keeping to the facts and staying focused on what was important. I felt that she communicated well with me via both phone and email. She worked towards a quick agreement but honestly it was better t...han I had even hoped for. I will definitely hire her again if the need arises.

"I am proud to say that Beth is my partner. She began working for our firm in 2007, and she quickly established herself as a great lawyer who soon became our third partner. She expanded her practice to include family law (divorce) and has gained a reputation as one of the better divorce lawyers in Wenatchee. This is not just my opinion; I have been told this by judges, her clients, and other lawyers who have opposed her."

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
