Honest, Compassionate & Intelligent
I hired Mr. Tibbits to represent me in a divorce. Which is a horrible thing to go through. Too busy
Clarke seemed too busy. I asked and gave him a retainer to mail a letter but it was never done. I also had an alcohol related case not a DUI which was based on a field sobriety test which is not allowed and spent more time, 4 days, in jail then if I would of had a DUI.
