Two weeks before we were set to move across country, I was served with a combination of papers that would not allow my son to move with me. Everything about our case was unusually rushed, but had ...you been sitting in the stands- you never would’ve guessed that Clarke had less than a week to prepare for our first court date. He took the time to listen and understand what I wanted, and then he fought hard for exactly that. There wasn’t a single phone call or meeting that left me feeling like I was talking to another monkey in a suit who only cared about the money. I felt like Clarke truly cared about me, my family, and our case. We are now living happily across the country (my son included) and I can’t thank Clarke enough for all of the work he put in to make this happen. I will always recommend him, and I plan on hiring him again if/when needed.

This lawyer may have been good a long time ago but now he can't remember what you told him and will ask and charge you to tell him 5 times and still not get it right. He will tell you he is a linear thinker which means if things are not lined up perfectly he will be confused which he told me he was ...every time I saw him and also during trial. This lawyer is terrible and not worth wasting your money on. He did not provide key evidence which ultimately lost my case. He also did not meet deadlines which also hurt my case. He is very insensitive and does not care about what is right and wrong.

Clark is a very good lawyer he just won me my case. The prosecutor was asking for 240 on one count and 240 on the other count ran consecutive. But Blake will personally go out and look at the area where u were arrested or were the incident went down. That way he knows the layout. He is a very good la...wyer this is the second case he was helped keep me from going to prison for 10+ years the first one in 2018 he got me 12 county rather than the 10 years prison the prosecutor was trying for. And the second time he go my case demised after winning a 3.6 motion. The prosecutor wanted me to do 40 years in prison but. Clarke was that good of a lawyer he knows his case laws and will fight all the way tell the end to get you off or best deal possible for you. And his secretary is a very good lady that will try hard to get you anything you need a copy of be it case law or your discovery. I would honestly trust my life in Clarke's hands he is very understanding and really does Care about his clients. You are more than just a paycheck to him you are a person, son, daughter, brother, sister, husband, wife, mother, and a father he will do everything he can to get you home and out of theq jail/prison's and home to your families. Him and his secretary both are nice and seem to be genuinely care about their clients cases she has handled for my friends. His Court demeanor as a defense attorney is second to none. Clarke is very easy to get a hold of and easy to talk to. He gave me all my options and suggested the best ones. I had a traffic infraction that we contested and he had it completely erased from my record. I highly recommend hiring Clarke to represent you. He has saved my behind multiple times from going to prison for something that I was not guilty of but the police and the prosecutor both tried to hang me because of my father and Ipissing them off that they will make stuff up to try and crack us. They don't care if I have a family or whatever you are just a paycheck to them and they want to see you go to prison for a long time. The Columbia River Drug Taskforce and everyone that is part of it are all corrupt The task force is comprised of detectives from the Chelan County Sheriff’s Office, Wenatchee Police Department, East Wenatchee Police Department, Douglas County Sheriff's Office and Washington State Patrol. And they are notorious for writing false statements in their reports and warping anything and everything that people say to them. They will change wording so it works best for what ever they are trying to get someone for. It's wrong that they are able to do it and lie on reports that say at the end of them that all the information is correct they swear to it and could face a perjury of law charge. But then when it's proven that they were lying in their reports, well nothing ever happens they say it was a mistake nothing more even though they swore it by perjury of law but no they just let it go saying people make mistakes they are trained to do that job and write those reports and dubble check to make sure it was correct. But nope its okay though because it was only a mistake just like that officer in minneapolis grabbing her gun rather than her tazer and killing that guy or derek chauvin putting all his body wight on George Floyd's neck for 9 minutes and 29 seconds with an off duty first responder asking for them to please check for his pulse. This police think they are above the law and they can do whatever they want to do. That's not right the police are there to protect and serve the people in the community. Rather then pulling the same B.S. they always been doing and beating up, choking out people and killing them. Something needs to change. I'm this society we are living in. ALL LIVES MATTER, IT DOES NOT MATTER IF YOU ARE BLACK, BROWN, ASIAN, NATIVE AMERICAN, OR WHITE. RACE DOES NOT MATTER WE ARE ALL CHILDREN OF WHATEVER HIGHER POWER YOU BELIEVE IN. ALL OF OUR LIVES MATTER AND CLARKE WILL HELP YOU IN THAT he will win for u
