Knowledgeable in trusts and estates

Allison was recommended to our family by our Mother's attorney. There was a dispute one of the siblings had regarding Mother's trust addendum. At our first meeting with Allison she was prepared and had thoroughly researched the issues we had brought her as well as being well versed in the particu...lars of Mother's trust. Her recommendations and actions led to a quick resolution with our brother which saved us a prolonged court case and/or legal wrangling with his attorney. All of us are quite pleased with her handling of our case and I plan on employing her for our estate planning and would highly recommend her.

Kind, patient, and knowledgeable

Thank you so much for your kindness, patience, and competence while preparing my will and other documents this summer. I really appreciate the role you played in keeping me from simply falling apart during that time. I also send my gratitude to your excellent staff. They, too, were very kind and help...ful. When I came to your office, I felt I was well served to accomplish my goals. Now I feel good about the outcome. You certainly helped me more than you know. My daughter-in-law, my granddaughter, and my son are grieving, as I am. But we all feel that my having a well-drafted will and other documents will help them, as they help me. This has taken a big load off my shoulders in knowing that things will be distributed evenly and appropriately.

Allison was extremely knowledgeable and professional and I am very thankful for her assistance in the legal aspects of setting up my new business. She was consistently able to provide a quick turnaround on answering questions and providing assistance, which I greatly appreciated it. I would highly ...recommend her services to any small business owner.

A Good Experience with Our Estate Lawyer

Over the past year, Allison has done an excellent job of helping me to learn how to deal with matters as the Personal Representative of our family's estate. She gave great advice with regard to sorting out any and all matters concerning our family and everyone's place within the estate. She helped me... throughout the entirety of the year long process of setting up the estate as well as the family trust. Whenever I have had a question or concern, Allison has been very prompt to return calls or emails. And while our family has had some trying situations throughout the process of setting up the estate and trust, Allison has been a thoughtful, compassionate, and invaluable influence. I would recommend her to anyone who needs an estate planning lawyer.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
