I asked Steven to provide advise to respond to a demand letter from an attorney representing a party that believed they properly completed a real estate agreement to purchase my house. The agreement specifically stated that failure to complete a certain section of the agreement (buyer's agent did not... complete this specific section) would result in no legally binding agreement, which the buyer and their agent disputed. Steven provided a very professional and factual presentation of basic contract law to support facts that the agreement was not legally binding in a letter to the buyers attorney, and that ended the matter.
